2020 Las Vegas Raiders Stadium
Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium: Home of the Las Vegas Raiders The 65,000-seat, $1.8 billion project is the new home of the Raiders located near Russell Road and Interstate 15. The venue includes retractable doors and a translucent polymer roof. The NFL said it will award the Las Vegas venue the 2022 Pro Bowl. Also, the Raiders and Las Vegas have offered to host Super Bowl LVIII in 2024. A league official said Las Vegas will be well-received as a candidate for the 2024 Super Bowl.

2023 High Speed Rail Link LA - LV
With the addition of the high-speed monorail from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, residents from both states will enjoy the convenience of a quick jaunt in a little over an hour. Las Vegas will hugely benefit from this.

2022 Madison Square Garden Sphere
A 17,500-seat entertainment venue located just east of The Venetian, is set to open in 2021. The property will include more than 160,000 square feet of display surface and a massive “in the round” video display.

2023 Las Vegas Convention and Visitor's Authority Expansion
The center will be adding 1.4 million square feet to its current 3 million, costing an estimated $935 million, to be completed in 2023.

2018 T-Mobile Arena
One of the largest spaces of its kind in the city, boasting 20,000-seats, 54 luxury and party suites, with over 24 private boxes and balconies. T-Mobile Arena is also home to the NHL Golden Knights, an expansion team in 2018 who made it to the Stanley Cup finals. Also home to many big name entertainers who perform their regularly.

2021 Virgin Hotel and Casino
Renovations to the Hard Rock Hotel — soon to be the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas — are set for late 2020. Boosting 1,500 guest rooms, a 60,000-square-foot, expanded casino floor, restaurants and a 5-acre pool.

2020 Circa Hotel and Casino
The 777-room resort and casino in downtown Las Vegas is slated to open in December 2020. The 1.25-million-square-foot property with 44 stories, would be the tallest Las Vegas hotel north of the Strip.

2021 Resorts World Hotel and Casino
Set to open on the Strip in 2021, the $4 billion resort is an international spectacle so innovative, so diverse, so immense in scale and scope, even the Strip’s brightest lights can’t compete.

2021 Google Data Center
A $600 million Google data center is slated to open in Henderson in December 2020, one of it’s largest to date. The project is expected to serve billions of users around the world. The data center sits among a large area of industrial space that still has plenty of space for development and is close to downtown Henderson as well.

2020 Amazon Fulfillment Center
One of Amazon’s two fulfillment centers in Nevada. One in North Las Vegas and a recently completed 600,00 square foot distribution center in Henderson.

2021 Wynn Convention Center
The 400,000-square-foot Wynn Convention Center includes 300,000 square feet of rentable space over two levels, doubling the convention space at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.

2021 Caesar's Conference Center
The $375 million, 550,000-square-foot Caesars Forum conference center is set to open near the Linq. The space will have 300,000 square feet of meeting space and a 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza.

2020 Downtown Las Vegas Expo Center
The $90 million, 315,000-square-foot facility is set to open in late 2020 and will provide exhibit space for the biannual World Market. The center will include 195,000 square feet of exhibit space and 1,000 booths.

2017 Smith Center for Performing Arts
A high-quality performing arts center embraced by the community and recognized as a vital force by supporting excellence, education and inspiration. The Smith Center is home to many traveling Broadway plays, concerts and events held in one of it several venues.

2022 UnCommons Mixed Use
Matter Real Estate Group, is drawing up plans for a $400 million, 40-acre project called UnCommons, including 500,000 square feet of offices, 100,000 square feet of retail space and 875 apartments.

2022 Atari Hotel and Casino
The pop culture and video game-inspired Atari Hotels will open its first hotel in Las Vegas. The property will have 400 rooms, be located near the Las Vegas Strip and open at the end of 2022. “Atari Hotels is infusing synthetic reality into every aspect of the hotel, creating an immersive hospitality and gaming experience.

2020 The Summit
