Company XYZ illustrates a real estate investment company currently accepting investors. Company XYZ compared with two examples of actual investments made by principles of Sandstone.
In the Company XYZ example, investors are expected to receive distributions on a quarterly basis. For the projected investment, the hold period is for three years. Like the chart shows, as with most real estate investment companies, you don’t really OWN anything.
